GEORGIE COLERIDGE COLE

Georgie Coleridge Cole is the founder and CEO of SheerLuxe, the UK’s leading online premium lifestyle publisher. Raised in southwest London - where she still lives with her husband and three children - Georgie studied French at the University of Edinburgh before beginning her career in marketing at COTY Beauty.

In 2007, she launched SheerLuxe, which has emerged as a benchmark for successful digital publishing in the UK. The platform features content spanning fashion, beauty, lifestyle, culture, and more, combining discerning editorial, best in class product curation, people of influence, entertainment, and commercial acumen. Today, SheerLuxe boasts an in-house team of over 75, a highly engaged newsletter subscriber base of 700,000+, and a social media reach exceeding 2 million. Its commercial partners include a mix of renowned brands and retailers such as Net-a-Porter, Harvey Nichols, Reiss, Chanel, Marks & Spencer, and L'Oréal - alongside a strong focus on discovery and the support of entrepreneurs.

The business has pioneered Employee Generated Content and People-Led-Media and has evolved to launch complimentary brands such as SLMan, LuxeGen, and The Gold Edition (aimed at grown-up women) as well as supplements in ParentingWeddings, and Business. It delivers multi-channel content via YouTube, podcasts, myriad social platforms, and a peer-to-peer app providing its community with a 360-degree experience of the SheerLuxe lifestyle.

In February 2022, Georgie launched Luxe & Co, a branding and design agency that works with high-potential brands to maximise their success through elevated aesthetics, strategic storytelling, results driven social media, and in general, commercial, whilst aspirational content.

In October 2023, she launched SheerLuxe Middle East, bringing the brand’s distinctive voice and digital publishing expertise to a new regional audience, creating valuable connections between brands, retailers, and consumers in the Middle East.

Later that year, Georgie announced the launch of BLUSH Talent MGMT - a new talent management agency representing content creators, industry professionals, and outward facing members of the SheerLuxe team building independent followings.

Beyond business, Georgie is committed to using SheerLuxe’s platform to promote meaningful conversations around social impact. She is particularly passionate about neurodiversity and an advocate for systemic change in how society supports people with criminal records, urging employers to help reduce reoffending through job opportunities.

Georgie has extensive experience leading, moderating, and participating in both consumer-facing and industry panels, as well as hosting and collaborating on events. She is a warm, dynamic speaker with a track record of delivering inspiring keynotes on entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and modern leadership.
